3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our New York studio.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping Policy

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

• In original, unworn, and unused condition
• With all original packaging and tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Earrings for pierced ears
• Custom-made or personalized pieces

For size/style exchanges, specify your replacement item in your return request. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
