Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our New York studio. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- In original, unworn, and unused condition
- All original packaging and tags attached
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene considerations and customization, we cannot accept returns for:
- Earrings for pierced ears
- Custom-made or personalized pieces
Return Process

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and email a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
- Package Securely: Repack the item with all original materials and protective packaging.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- You’ll receive email notification of approval/rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size/style changes):
- Follow standard return process
- Specify replacement item in your initial email
- Price differences will be adjusted (charged or refunded as needed)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item:

- Include photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover all shipping costs
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our error (wrong/defective item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
