At Jewellery of World, we take pride in crafting exquisite jewelry that meets the highest standards of quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unused
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please Note: Due to the personal nature of fine jewelry, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Earrings (for pierced ears)
  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our New York studio using a trackable shipping service:

    Please include the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (processing times vary by bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or style:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your initial email, clearly state you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you

If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. For lower value items, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
